Located on Carlos III Avenue we find this pleasant residential building which underwent a change of appearance thanks to the rehabilitation of the façade.

The execution of this work has been done with our Rediwa Cat 3 ventilated façade system, combining black and white ceramic tiles providing the building a modern and renovated aesthetic with a minimalist design.
