The Rediwa CAT 10 is a concealed, point-based fixing system that combines mechanical and chemical anchoring, specifically developed for thin ceramic cladding panels. Its lightweight and secure design allows for quick and aesthetic installation while ensuring the overall strength and durability of the assembly.

Supports thicknesses from 6 mm to 8.5 mm.

• MECHANICAL PART

The ceramic panels are machined on the back with localized grooves, into which the two halves of a metal clip with a male-female interlock are inserted. This system provides a solid fixing without the need for continuous longitudinal profiles, offering a lightweight solution and greater freedom in the design of the substructure.

• CHEMICAL PART

Each panel is complemented by a bead of elastic MS-type adhesive applied to the vertical profile. This adhesive provides additional fixation by absorbing vibrations, compensating for thermal expansion, and improving impact resistance. It also contributes to the dimensional stability of the assembly and prevents possible detachment in the event of accidental breakage.
